Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We exchange products within 30 days of purchase.  Sorry, but we do not offer cash refunds.


If the replacement item(s) is lesser in value then the original item, we will provide you with a credit for the difference, for you to use at within 3 months.

Returning an item to exchange it

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be returned in the original packaging.

Sale items
We offer exchanges and returns on sale items.

We will pay the postage for sending you the replacement item and you will need to pay the cost of returning the original item to us. We suggest you consider using registered post or trackable shipping depending on the value of what you are returning, as we are not responsible for items that might go missing in the post.

What to do to activate a return or exchange
Firstly, if you wish to exchange an item, please email Claire at letting us know about your return. Please post your return to:

On receipt of your product, assuming it's undamaged and in it's original packaging, we'll invite you to select a replacement item which we'll post to you at our cost.

Faulty items

Merineo is bound by Australian Consumer Law.  Any item considered faulty will either be fixed, replaced or refunded.
