We ship using Australia Post from Melbourne, and we always try to despatch your package the day you place your order.  

For international orders, we use Australia Post's airfreight service.  The length of time it takes depends on your location.  For example, for United Kingdom orders, delivery takes 8 business days.

Australia Post offers an on-line calculator for local and international destinations to calculate delivery timeframes.  Enter the Australian postcode the delivery is shipped from as 3125. 

If you want to pay extra for an express overseas delivery, please email claire@merineo.com before placing your order so that we can arrange a quote for you.

Please note due to COVID-19, Australia Post is experiencing delays on all deliveries.

Our products are all designed and sized in accordance with Australian Standards. 

When choosing one of our baby sleep products, if you measure your baby using the Australian Growth Charts and baby measures much greater than the 50th percentile, consider choosing the next size up,  or if baby is much lower than the 50th percentile, consider a smaller size.   

For example, if baby is born and measures on the 100th percentile, consider our 2-6 month Baby Sleeping Bag rather than our Merineo Newborn Swaddle Bag.
